Client Brief

The client wanted a smart and reliable irrigation system to integrate with a rainwater harvesting tank at their new build Huff House. The system needed to support a large vegetable garden, newly planted trees, bedding areas and lawns, providing efficient and automated watering with minimal maintenance.

Our Solution

We designed and installed a twelve zone system managed by a Hunter Pro HC controller with Hydrawise smart technology. The system connects to a five thousand litre underground rainwater harvesting tank with borehole supply and mains top up. Installation was delivered in two phases to align with landscaping works, with the first phase covering all underground infrastructure and the second following after planting. Careful coordination with the build and landscape teams ensured a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

The Result

The client now enjoys simple app based control with zone scheduling, usage data and automatic alerts. The borehole significantly reduces running costs while providing a dependable water source in a remote location. Targeted irrigation keeps lawns and planting healthy, supports productive vegetable beds and maintains pond levels throughout the year. Ongoing support includes seasonal servicing, remote system monitoring and a detailed handover pack.
